Enjoyed a peaceful stay with well-equipped rooms that had a tablet, AC, and comfy bed. the location was great, not too far from Vichy and the town center 🌆. Paid only £45 for all this!

Plumbing needs sorting! And bathroom facilities could do with upgrading. Need to clean under beds - dust! One of my bed wheels fell off, took a while to secure stability of bed at 11pm!

The hotel is located in a calm street, very close to the city centre and within walking distance of the train station. the rooms are comfortable and there is someone at the front desk available 24/7. the view from some rooms is beautiful, including sights like the cathedral and Notre Dame du Port. the hotel offers extra pillows for added comfort, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

The appearance of the hotel looks a bit old, but it is clean and well-maintained.
